3 things to remember
There are 3 important things you need to do to keep your Safelink service going; but don’t worry, they are very easy and we will remind you if you forget.
1. Keep your phone on
Keep your phone turned “ON” to receive your minutes automatically, minutes are sent during the first 10 days of the month. If you don’t receive them automatically just follow the instructions from www.safelink.com/pending
2. Make at least one call
This government sponsored program requires us to verify that you are using your benefits. If you don’t use your phone at least once every 60 consecutive days your benefit will be cancelled, 6 so what are you waiting for? It’s your phone, use it.
3. Recertify each year
This program requires you to verify your eligibility every year in order to keep receiving your FREE minutes. The good news is it only takes a few minutes by phone/mail and seconds online; and don’t worry, we will remind you when the time is drawing near.
