Check Enrollment Status
If you have already applied for enrollment in SafeLink Wireless Service, you may check on the status of your application here. If you have already qualified for enrollment in SafeLink Wireless Service and you are waiting to receive your new phone, you may also check on the status of the phone shipment here. Please provide the Enrollment ID located on the top right-hand corner of your application.
If you received a blank application, or you don’t know your Enrollment ID, you may optionally provide your Date of Birth, ZIP code and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). You must provide the same information that you provided on your application.
